Pat Boone-(właśc. Charles Eugene Boone; 1.06.1934, Jacksonville, Floryda, Stany Zjednoczone) - voc. aktor. Syn przedsiębiorcy budowlanego. Dorastał w Nashville i już jako nastolatek nagrywał przeboje muzyki country dla tamtejszej firmy Republic. Studiował filologię angielska w Columbia University.W 1955 podpisał kontrakt z firma Dot. Przez kilka lat był ulubieńcem młodzieży wywodzącej się z bogobojnych rodzin protestanckich. Wykonywał przeboje rock'n'rollowe, ale bez zmysłowości charakterystycznej dla wykonawców murzyńskich. Śpiewał też ckliwe piosenki w tradycyjnym stylu oraz hymny religijne. Największe przeboje: Two Hearts Two Kisses, Ain't That A Shame, At My Front Door, I'll Be Home. Tutti Frutti. Long Tall Sally.
