Największe przeboje: Two Hearts Two Kisses, Ain't That A Shame, At My Front Door, I'll Be Home. Tutti Frutti. Long Tall Sally. I Almost Lost My Mind, Friendly Persuasion, Don't Forbid Me, Why Baby Why, Love Letters In The Sand, Remember You're Mine, April Love, It's Too Soon To Know, A Wonderful Time Up There, Sugar Moon, If Dreams Came True, Moody River, Speedy Gomales.
Po 1962 utracił popularność. Nadal nagrywał, ale przede wszystkim pieśni religijne. Wystapił w wielu filmach, m.in. Bernardine (1957, reż. Henry Levin; biografia świętego Bernarda), April Love (1957, reż. H. Levin), Mardi Gras (1958, reż. Edmund Goulding), All Hands On Deck (1962, reż. Norman Taurog), State Fair (1962, reż. Jose Ferrer), The Main Attraction (1963, reż. Daniel Petrie), The Yellow Canary (1963. reż. Buzz Kulik), Fatalny list (1964, reż. Andrew Stone) i Do widzenia Charlie (1965, reż. Vincente Minnelli).
Opublikował tom rozważań na temat obyczajów i moralności młodych - Twixt Twelve And Twenty (1955), a także książkę Together: 25 Years With The Pat Boone Family (1979). Jego córka, Debby Boone, również śpiewa (największy przebój: You Light Up My Life z 1977).
