Dwa lata później z „Love at the Five and Dime” z Nanci Griffith po raz pierwszy odniosła sukces w pierwszej dziesiątce.
Jej dwa albumy, Coal (2008) i Calling Me Home (2012), zawierały bardziej tradycyjną muzykę country, od muzyki amerykańskiej i bluegrass. W 2014 roku ukazała się świąteczna EP-ka Go Tell It on the Mountain, a album Pretty Bird cztery lata później.
