Joe Sherman

 

Joe Sherman (właśc. Joseph Daniel Sherman;ur. 25 września 1926r - zm. 17 marca 2017r) był amerykańskim autorem tekstów, dyrygentem, aranżerem, wydawcą i producentem.

  Sherman urodził się na Brooklynie w Nowym Jorku w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Głównymi współpracownikami Joe Shermana byli jego brat Noel, a także George David Weiss, Sid Wayne, Langston Hughes i Abby Mann. Wraz z bratem jako autorem tekstów skomponował „To the Ends of the Earth" i „Eso Beso” dla Paula Anki oraz „Juke Box Baby” dla Perry Como.  Wspólna kompozycja braci „Ramblin' Rose” była hitem między innymi dla Nat King Cole.   Jego brat Noel zmarł w 1972 r.
