Ashley Tisdale

Ashley Michelle Tisdale (ur. 2 lipca 1985 w Deal, w stanie New Jersey) - amerykańska aktorka, piosenkarka i modelka . Sławę przyniosła jej rola Sharpay Evans w musicalu High School Musical. 6 Lutego 2007 ukazała się jej pierwsza płyta Headstrong. Pracowała w agencji Ford Model wraz z Mischą Barton i Lindsay Lohan. Jest młodszą siostrą Jennifer Tisdale.

 

W wieku 8 lat wystąpiła w małej roli musicalu Les Misérables na Broadwayu. Na początku lat 90. XX wieku wystąpiła w kilku epizodach w filmach. Stała się znana głównie dzięki odtwarzaniu głównych ról w produkcjach telewizyjnych Disney Channel, takich jak High School Musical, High School Musical 2 i High School Musical 3: Ostatnia klasa. Oprócz tego, grała także w serialach, m.in. Siódme niebo, Boston Public i Beverly Hills 90210 i Hannah Montana oraz zagrała gościnnie w serialu "Czarodziejki". Obecnie gra w Nie ma to jak hotel (The Suite Life of Zack and Cody). Dawała także głos animowanej postaci w "Dawno temu w trawie". Podkłada głos Fretce (Candace) w jednym z disneyowskich serialów animowanych Fineasz i Ferb. W pewnym odcinku tej serii ("Światła, Fretka, Akcja!") jest także użyty fotomontaż twarzy Ashley.
Obecnie gra Sharpay Evans w musicalu High School Musical. Zaśpiewała trzy piosenki What I've Been Looking For, Bop to the Top i We're All in This Together. Piosenki znalazły się na rocznym podsumowaniu listy Billboard Hot 100.
 

Wydała również dwa solowe single: Some Day My Prince Will Come i Kiss The Girl. Podpisała kontrakt z wytwórnią płytową Warner Bros. Records. Nagrywając swój debiutancki album, specjalnie na święta został wydany kolejny singiel Last Christmas i był to pierwszy singiel wydany z wytwórni Warner Bros. Records.
6 Lutego 2007 wydała swój debiutancki album Headstrong sponsorowany przez wytwórnie Warner Bros. Records. Płyta znalazła się na 5. miejscu notowania Billboard 200 album charts, sprzedając się w nakładzie 60.000 kopii. Wydała singiel Be Good To Me. 19 września 2007 wydała kolejny singiel He Said, She Said, który miał swoją premierę w programie MTV trl. Pod koniec 2007 roku wydała DVD There's Something About Ashley.
 

Singiel Not Like That został wydany 25 stycznia 2008, miesiąc później 22 lutego 2008 wydała ostatni singiel z płyty Headstrong, Suddenly.
Na przełomie wiosny i lata zostanie wydana jej kolejna płyta o tytule 'Guilty Pleasure'.. Tytuł płyty i singla został potwierdzony w marcowym numerze 'Cosmopolitan' z Ashley na okładce. Singiel nosi tytuł "It's Alright , It's Ok !" .
