Hamilton Records to wytwórnia założona w 1958r w Detroit i będąca oddziałem Dot Records.Przez kilka pierwszych lat wydawała głównie single z utworami rockabilly i bluesem nie przystające do profilu Dot.

W 1964r znalazła się w stanie hibernacji i jej rola ogranicza się do wydawania albumów z pobocznej produkcji.Większość z tych albumów,głównie wspominkowych, wydawano jako wydawnictwa niskobudżetowe [budget album].Ten stan trwał do roku 1966r,gdy zdecydowano się na zamknięcie wytwórni.
Reaktywowano ją jako oddział Ranwood Records,pozostawiając jej budgetowy profil.Do dzisiaj pozostaje częścią Welk Music Group.
