Florida Georgia Line

Florida Georgia Line to amerykański duet muzyki country  założony w 2010 roku przez wokalistów i autorów tekstów Tylera Hubbarda z Georgii i Briana Kelleya z Florydy; jednakże zespół ma przerwę w koncertowaniu na czas nieokreślony i „robi sobie przerwę” od wspólnego tworzenia muzyki, ponieważ członkowie kontynuują karierę solową. Ich debiutancki singiel „Cruise” z 2012 roku pobił dwa główne rekordy sprzedaży: został pobrany ponad siedem milionów razy, co czyni go pierwszą piosenką country w historii, która otrzymała certyfikat Diamentu, oraz stał się najlepiej sprzedającą się cyfrową piosenką country z 24 tygodniami  , aż w lipcu 2017 r. został wyprzedzony przez „Body Like a Back Road” Sama Hunta.  

Ich styl muzyczny określany jest jako „bro-country”, który zawiera elementy produkcyjne muzyki rockowej i hip-hopowej i zwykle obejmuje takie tematy, jak imprezowanie, picie, prowadzenie ciężarówek i pociąg seksualny. Florida Georgia Line powstała w 2010 roku w Nashville w stanie Tennessee  jako zespół wykonujący covery. W grudniu 2011 roku podpisali kontrakt z wytwórnią Big Loud, a w 2012r wydali swoją drugą EPkę, It'z Just What We Do, która znalazła się na liście przebojów Billboard Top Country Albums. Następnie podpisali kontrakt z Republic Nashville, częścią Big Machine Records  i wydali Everything Goes (2014), Dig Your Roots (2016), Can't Say I Ain't Country (2019) i Life Rolls On (2021) . 

  Kelly i Hubbard poznali się w 2008 roku na Uniwersytecie Belmont w ramach grupy uwielbienia na kampusie, a po ukończeniu studiów postanowili dać sobie dwa lata na odniesienie sukcesu jako duet country. Zamieszkali razem i podjęli kilka dorywczych prac, aby opłacić rachunki, grając w klubach w weekendy. Będąc niezależni, nagrali i rozpowszechnili cyfrowo swoją pierwszą EPkę, Everything Like Me (2010). Zostali odkryci przez producenta Nickelback Joeya Moi na jarmarku okręgowym i cała trójka zaczęła razem nagrywać w studiu. W przeciwieństwie do typowych sesji z muzyką country, grupa całymi dniami szlifowała piosenki, które znalazły się na drugiej EP-ce duetu, It'z Just What We Do (2012). 

Zespół wzorował swoje brzmienie na takich zespołach jak Nickelback, Shinedown i Three Days Grace, podczas gdy Moi dążył do tego, aby każda piosenka przypominała strukturą hair metalową grupę Def Leppard. Największe wytwórnie zainteresowały się, gdy piosenka „Cruise” została po raz pierwszy wyemitowana na kanale The Highway w Sirius XM i zaczęła dobrze się sprzedawać w sklepie iTunes Store, co doprowadziło do podpisania kontraktu z Republic Nashville i Big Machine Records.
